Mike Sherwood of Sub Rosa Spirits just emailed me some interesting information about his vodkas. His company, Sub Rosa Spirits is an Oregon craft distillery producing non-traditional distillates that carry great intensity and flavor. Their two products are culinary inspired vodkas. The first distillate is a Tarragon infused vodka and the second is the Saffron, both designed with a unique emblem that contains meticulous details in them. Sub Rosa Spirits make 50 - 60 cases at a time, each one is hand stamped with date of production and a batch numbered. Click here to find where you can get them in the good ole' US of A!
