For my Package Design class at Savannah College of Art and Design I developed a fictional pizzeria called Piet's Za set in Holland, Michigan and based off of the aesthetics of Dutch art and design. Specifically, I wondered what a pizzeria ran by Piet Mondrian, Piet Zwart, Piet Brattinga, and myself might look like. A way to unify the products was to create a language throughout that was a hybrid of both English and Dutch (Englitch?), creating a fun and engaging experience for the consumer.
