Over and above their aesthetic aerial acrobatics, the dance of the bees is a precise system of communication that enables them to calculate distances and locations. Their characteristic form of flight, in the form of the symbol for infinity, now becomes a monogram with the initials of Abellaires Empordanesos (a e) —Empordanese Beekeepers—. Transferring the same language to the packaging, filigrees and lines of points recall the coming and going of the flight of the bees.
