The goal of this project was to design a bitters label with similar aesthetic to the clients whiskey bottles but with a cleaner more readable design. The basic format for the design features a central piece of art with a clean readable front. For the clients initial release they required three labels for three flavors. Each bottles' artwork is loosely associated with the featured flavor of each bitters, for example, cranberry features a whaler because whalers used to eat cranberries on their voyages to stave of scurvy.
