We designed the packaging of a set of gins for Berlin based speciality foods company Try Foods.

The challenge was to both design a packaging system which can house a variety of goods (from gin to salts, pates to coffees) and keep the packaging very simple yet robust since the products will mostly be shipped to the customer directly.

The all over design is based on a minimal and high quality photographic art direction which should tell a story as much as give the user a surprising moment while unpacking the product.

The structure of the packaging is a simple sturdy cardboard box with diecut card insterts. The box is held together by a fully printed banderole acting both as design element as well as protection.

Unique is the use of minimal box design, photography which reminds one more in an editorial campaign.
