The redesign of the Ampelou Chora wine labels followed the new direction of the winery to produce wines of indigenous Greek varieties like Xinomavro, Vertzami and Malagouzia.
The main characteristics of the previous labels are still evident on the new design, as they are inspired by the philosophy behind their names. God Eros flies over the vineyards on the label of Yperos, awaking the fertilising power of hyperos (pistils) in the blooming of the vine plants. The flower of the wild radish is illustrated on the Olvios label (the ancient Greek word for happy / blissful), which vanishes with the slightest breeze, and is as momentary and fragile as happiness.
The two labels share the same cutout design that creates a strong and homogeneous identity. The shiny, hot stamping foil colours signify the character of the two wines, the fresh and fruity Olvios, and the sophisticated Yperos, where a masterful blend of the wine varieties is required to create a fine red wine.
