AMD’s Ryzen 2nd Generation, Threadripper 2.0, was set to impress the world! REGGS's challenge was to support this game-changing CPU with thrilling yet shockproof packaging design. Together we aimed to create a mind-blowing unboxing experience for creators and gamers with a design that instantly reflects the CPU’s overwhelming power.
Aiming for a mind-blowing unboxing experience, we broke category codes. With its impressive 3D form, the Threadripper 2.0 instantly makes a statement. The layered unveiling process creates a heightened sense of suspense. From ripping the sleeve to unlocking the product, each step adds to a talk-worthy experience.
Pre-launch media attention created a hype around ‘Unboxing the beast’. With key tech players describing the packaging as ‘uniquely designed’, ‘awesome’ and most importantly an item you want to keep’. From performance to design, the Threadripper 2.0 seems to be one of the most talked about CPU’s of the year.
