Yohoho is a young brewery from Novosibirsk. It is part of a chain of pubs and craft beer stores. The company produces two lines of beer: the main one, with a constant set of varieties and the experimental one, in which beer is brewed in small batches.
Our task was to develop a solid and recognizable visual system for small experimental brews. Due to tight deadlines, we did not develop the whole system at once. But did it little by little, from label to label, working on mistakes and developing the idea.
Illustration became the basis for the design. It let us to show the mood of each sort of beer and create an entire world with unique characters. This world is developing into an independent story on each label. The pattern also became an element of the brand and helped us to separate one sort from another.
