Olea Olive Oil: It is said that olive oil is liquid gold, but to me it always seemed more like liquid sun.

As the story goes, Ramses III (1198-1166 bc) presents the olive branches, the symbol of illumination, to Ea, The God of the Sun, and expresses his pride In these words: “ I adorned your city of Heliopolis with olive trees. Those olive trees that we get pure olive oil from their fruits.”
