The Good Dumpling Co.: As a child dumplings take me back to babushka’s (grandma’s) chicken & dumpling soup. That ball of dough filled with savory yummy goodness that’s saturated with chicken broth, always reminds me of the when baba used to take care of us when we were sick. She was a true cullanary artist and one amazing babushka. When we think about the process of creating dishes, we readily find similarities between art and cooking which have evolved from different cultures from around the world. The Good Dumpling Co.
