The Covid-19 pandemic has introduced new challenges across the food & beverage sector that affected many restaurants in different ways, safety measures inquiring people to stay home, lockdown being imposed and restaurant closure regulations. Putting into account these challenges, we’ve sought the possible opportunities of this situation, customers spending more time on social media platforms, online shopping sales going viral and an increase in food home delivery etc. From this very point the idea of Aziz came into a shape, the idea of building a full brand online that meets customers’ needs in every possible way, through a website, app, hotline, social media channels and aggregators, to shorten the distance between the brand and the end user.
