The traditional restaurant Almanara, an icon of Arab cuisine in São Paulo, decided to enter the take-away market with the launch of a line of mini frozen products and contacted us for the development of its packaging line that should express the same quality by the which restaurant is recognized

Through the composition of the decorated plates and the marquetry reproduced in a pattern in the background, we rescue the value and strength of Arab culture. The color scale was also inspired by the chain's restaurants. As protagonists, the products give the touch of the tradition and quality of Almanara. We chose Klabin's Klabin FZ paper for packaging which, in addition to being suitable for frozen products, has a matte touch, reinforcing the artisanal character, since the Almanara snacks are hand made one by one. And differing from the plastic packaging of the competition. The metallic color and the use of reserve varnish reinforce the excellent characteristic of the products.

In a survey with consumers, we found that the Almanara brand is well known for its quality and the packaging design should reinforce this in order to induce consumers in the take-away market to experiment. The launch of the packages was so well received that the StMarche chain offered Almanara exclusive freezers for the products to which we apply the same visual language as the packaging.
