The Pantry Cafe wanted to speak about their specially prepared Dark Roast Coffee in as interesting a manner as possible.

Because dark roast coffee tends to reveal deeper, darker flavours, we decided to amplify that aspect of the coffee by borrowing from famous pieces of music and movies. We aimed to create packaging that was stark and which would immediately draw one's attention to it.
