Packaging Contents: Tea
Packaging Substrate / Materials: Paper

Tea plantations in China are the source of inspiration for the packaging design. The unique shape varies with the terrain and resembles the patterns on the hands of tea pickers.

Chatu is a premium Chinese tea collected in Sichuan, Henan, and Fujian provinces. The texture of the package repeats the shape of the plantation on which the tea is harvested, and it matches each of the three types of tea (white, green and red).

The moulded pulp package is dyed with natural dyes. It is shaped to resemble traditional Chinese teapots. Tea leaves are packed in two-layer cotton bags. The packaging is designed to be breathable and as environmentally friendly as possible.

What's Unique?
Chatu packaging is absolutely eco-friendly: moulded pulp (colored with natural dyes in red, dark green, and light green tones) and tea leaf two-layer cotton bags.
